The short -term academic promotion from exercise can proceed for several hours

People often feel mentally promoted after exercise. The effect was considered short -term, but a research published online on December 10, 2024 International Journal of behavior nutrition and physical activity It suggests that it might probably last all day.

Scientists collected data from 76 men and girls aged 50 to 83, who had been actively tracking for eight days and conducted academic tests daily. On average, people spent moderate to moderate exercise, five hours of sunshine activity, and nine hours a day.
