JAMA Network Open. Exercise is linked to a lower risk of early death, even if you happen to wait until middle age to start out a daily routine. Researchers analyzed health and exercise surveys from 315,000 older adults within the Nineties, then to see who was alive in 2011. Compared to individuals who never exercised, older adults who exercised commonly since they were teenagers had a 36 percent lower risk. dying through the study period.
