There is little doubt that regular exercise is important for good health. That fact alone is motivation enough for some. For others, setting meaningful personal goals—whether it's ending a 10K run or getting back into the jeans you're keen on—and specializing in what motivates you possibly can result in a successful exercise program. can enable you start.
Motivation takes many forms, so find the carrot (or stick) that works for you.
